Team Mission

Deliver valuable outcomes for our users and the business through focused, collaborative execution.

How We Work

• Communication: Async first in docs and issues. Use threads.
• Standups: 10 minutes, three days a week in #team-standup.
• Weekly sync: 45 minutes on Tuesdays for decisions and blockers.
• Retros: Last Thursday of the month.

Working Hours

• Core collaboration window: 10:00–3:00 local team time.
• No-meeting blocks: Wednesdays after 1:00 PM.

Decision Making

• Use the RFC template in ‣
• Default to a Directly Responsible Owner for each decision.

Tools

• Docs: Notion
• Tracking: Issues board in Projects & Roadmap
• Chat: Slack (#team, #team-ops)
